How much you charge for shipping?
We provides fair, transparent delivery rates through reputed Courier companies, charged as per weight, only oversize products may be subject to additional packaging.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We serve over 26000+ pin codes serviced by reputed couriers like Delhivery, Ekart, Fship, Trackon etc. which take be 2-5 days. For other areas, Government IndiaPost will be used, which usually take 5-6 days time depending on location.
What are your business days?
Business days exclude only public holidays and Sundays.
Do you provide any tracking information?
With every order, we send email containing order details. Once we ship item(s), we send another email containing shipping details.
Courier/shipping companies are responsible for delays due to them and for natural calamity – God helps all.
What is your ‘Return Policy’?
In an unlikely event that any product you purchased is not received in good condition, is damaged, defective, or if product delivered is different from what you ordered, you may return the unused product in same condition as you received it, postage pre-paid together with its original packaging, original invoice and tags for a refund or an exchange, within 7 days from date of delivery.
We refund money the way payment was made. For ex. if payment was made by UPI, we refund the amount via UPI.
For payment methods other than UPI or QR, 2% restocking fee on total transaction amount is applicable.
For products bought on discount, refund will be the amount you paid for product.
We process refunds in less than 5 business days once we receive product(s).
